Chapstick
You can never have enough backups of chap-sticks while on the road. I really been loving Palmer’s Moisturizing Swivel Stick.
National Park Playing Cards
No matter what type of trip we always pack a pack of playing cards. And of course playing cards are more fun when they are themed. We love these US Playing Company Brewery Cards. But I also think these architectural themed playing cards from Billiter Studio are drool-worthy. If you are camping and exploring the US National Parks check out these National Park themed cards, they are beautifully designed.
Charging Cords
Either one the road or at home extra charging cords are always in need. I always pack an extra charging cord, and I love the long cords as they will reach in charging spot in a house or airport.
Plane Bottle Opener
I am in need of a cute bottle opener on my bar cart, and I am totally eyeing this Airplane Bottle Opener. My bar cart sits under my travel wall and has lots of gold accents on this. It would be perfect and very affordable! This would be a perfect sized item for a travel related stocking stuffer.
Digital Handheld Luggage Scale
For those whole like to bring back some souvenirs and do some shopping while on vacation a compact luggage scale is a great stocking stuffer. It has helped us weigh our bags before going to the airport. And has helped us avoid re distributing weight in bags in the middle of the airport floor!
Jewelry Organizer
I don’t typically go on trips that I take much jewelry with me, we go on a lot of hiking adventures. But when I do go to a wedding, beach or city I might want to take a few things with me. I have a small jewelry organizer case that works wonderfully. It is just big enough to store a few must have items and to pack in your suitcase. And it 100% helps with necklaces from getting tangled and broken during my travels. I also like this BAGSMART Jewelry Organizer Case as it looks more slim and easier to pack.
Travel Game
During long travels we love to bring something to keep us from going crazy at airport layovers, or something to do in the evenings at the campsite. These Mini Hasbro Games are so much fun, and perfect for if you have kids traveling with you as well.
Mini Bottle Opener Keychain
Having as small opener to help you with your adult beverages and other needs while traveling is handy. I have definitely been in situations where we are settling in for the night and cannot find a corkscrew or bottle opens in our hotel, AirBnB or forgot to pack one for our campsite. Just be careful with airline restrictions. Some of these devices may not be airplane friendly because of the corkscrew.
Hiking and Compression Socks
Warm comfy socks are always a must, either if it’s for a winter cabin getaway, a camping trip, or to wear on a long flight. I will always happily accept a pair of cozy socks or a pair of hiking socks or compression socks. Compression socks are great for long flights or even to wear in the evenings after a long hike. I really feel like they make a difference! And an easy stocking stuffer!
Pop Sockets
I never really thought I needed a popsocket, and I am usually pretty simple in what I want on my phone case. But I purchased a matte black one several years ago before our big Europe trip and I have never looked back. They definitely help me feel a little bit more secure in crowded areas also while hiking to have a firm grip on my phone. I buy these double sided sticky circles for when the original wears out. I think they
Shoe Bags
When hiking or going to a snowy wet area these travel shoe bags may come in handy. These lightweight bags are easy to pack. They also help tremendously in keeping the rest of the your suitcase dry and clean. I like the bags I have links because they are waterproof, lightweight and has a clear spot so you can tell what shoes are in each bag.
Subscription Box
Gift cards or vouchers are always an easy stocking stuffer. I mentioned some ideas for travel related subscription boxes in both my Men’s and Women’s Travel Christmas Gift Lists.
Eye Mask
A good eye mask can come in handy for any type of trip. From trying to catch a snoozing on a plane, train or long car ride. They even come in use for unique stays in a campervan, tent or I loved them when we went to Iceland and Norway and it was almost 24 hours of daylight. I love the Alaska Bear Sleep Masks as they are light weight, adjustable and silky smooth.
